Fit Me Foundation VoxBox

*This foundation was a free sample, provided by Influenster and Maybelline*
That being said my view of the foundation was not influenced what so ever. I have been wanting to try this line out for the longest time. I love anything that says matte and pore-less because I have very oily skin and enlarged pores. Along with that I also have a lot of peach fuzz on my face which also tends to take away the full effect of make up because it gets "stuck" on my hairs and make my face look cakey which is not cute.
But I don't believe in shaving my face because I do strongly feel like it would grow back thicker, longer and maybe even darker I mean, who knows, we all have different faces.
But anyways totally getting off topic here.

This foundation went on really nice and at first looked dewy. Due to my own fail the color was 1-2 shades darker than my actual skin tone but for the sake of the review I'm going to pretend it matched. Their selection is quite broad so finding a decent match is possible. (I just fail at make-up lol)

Although it did look more "natural" in sunlight.
So once the foundation set it ended up being matte, not completely without the help of powder, but that dewiness was gone. I looked nice but soooo not pore-less which was sad, but I was expecting that, because my face is so textured and no product can help it really.
As for wear life, I mean to me it did not last long at all...well the MATTE finish didn't because I ended up powdering a few times throughout the day.
The foundation ITSELF did last quite a long time on the skin, it wasn't melting off or getting patchy...especially in areas that weren't oily and still felt lightweight by the end of the day.
All in all a decent foundation, not overly WOWED by it, but for what it is it's nice and something that I can play around with.
By the way I'm wearing the Shade 332 Golden Caramel.

5 hours without powdering.
